Eisman "Ice Woman" (Madison, WI USA) - See all my reviews    My dermatologist recommended this for my extremely dry heels. The key ingredient is Glycolic Acid -- you cannot find any lotion like this in the drugstore or for a cheaper price (trust me, I've looked!). It worked like a charm though, and as someone on a budget who does not normally spend so much on a single personal care item, it's worth the money. IF YOU ARE USING IT FOR YOUR FEET: You may wish to consult a physician / dermatologist to rule out a fungus or any other condition. If it's just dry skin, buy a file / rasp (not a shaver -- usually that is too harsh). Apply the cream and use the file. Then, apply another coat of cream. Your feet will totally turn around, just in time for summer! It's the most fantastic home pedicure I've ever done and I rate it 5 stars when used this way. Within in a week, the terrible cracking on my heels were sloughing off. The 1.7 oz tub will last for a long time - you only need a very small amount. Every other day or so you gently rub off the dead skin in the shower. This cream actually works as advertised! This review is from: Glytone Glytone Ultra Heel & Elbow Cream (Misc.) It works well. I expected that it wouldn't work or it would take weeks o work, but I was wrong. It works great and really fast. I get callus from time to time, and I decided to try this to see if it would soften my heel. During the second application, my heel was super soft. I don't know if this is normal or not, but the dead skin from my feet would just get washed off when I took a shower. I didn't even have to use a pumice stone. Highly recommended product.
