Some condition with the skin around the hair follicles..sounds gross, itches like mad. I finally went to a determatologist who recommend this lotion and it works GREAT! If I'm having a bloom (I call it that when I break out) and put it on it burns a bit but I tell you in a few days it starts drying up and I just LOVE IT. I'm telling you, this is really good stuff. And, the cheapest I've found it is on Amazon.
