It is incomprehensible how this is supposed to work.I wrote Revlon, received unapologetic instructions to return in a padded, insured envelope if I wanted more than an auto-reply saying there's nothing they intend to do. In other words, suck it up. It was only $5. The problem with that is it was $5 intended to buy a product, not $5 intended as a donation to Revlon. As I'm not going to that length, all I can do is recommend you try another brand. Revlon failed to even apologize for this thing.
